Plans, credits, and billing
Billing features are shown only where the deployment offers them. Use Pricing to compare available plans and User Center to review the plan and billing records attached to your account. Team billing can be governed by a separate organization billing account.
Pricing and checkout
Use the billing-period selector to compare available prices and included features. Review the selected plan and period before opening checkout. Payment-channel availability is shown in the subscription confirmation flow; if no channel is available there, use the support path shown instead of repeatedly submitting the order.
Subscription
Before subscribing or changing a plan, review the billing period, included benefits, price, taxes if shown, renewal or effective date, and any proration or confirmation summary. A subscription action is not complete until the provider reports a successful state. Return to the billing page to check the authoritative status rather than relying only on a browser redirect.
Credits and usage
The Credits page shows available balance and, where provided, credit lots or purchase actions. The Ledger records credit events and usage entries. Model calls or other metered actions may reserve an amount before work and settle the final amount afterward; inspect the individual usage record when the balance changes. A displayed conversion rate is the configured platform rate, not a guaranteed estimate of a specific model's external provider cost.
Purchases, invoices, and payment issues
Review the order or invoice amount and selected payment channel before confirming. If payment is pending, check its state before trying again to avoid duplicate orders. Use the recovery action shown for a failed payment, or contact support with the invoice or order identifier. Never send card numbers or payment secrets in a support message or Agent conversation.
Organization billing
Projects charged to an organization may use its billing account and spending policy rather than your personal balance. Ask an owner or billing administrator which account pays for the operation.
