Domains and deployment operations
Domain and deployment controls apply to a published Web project. They do not attach a public domain to a Native application package or a design canvas.
Connect a domain
Open the domain section for the intended Web deployment and enter a domain you control. Complete the ownership verification shown by the platform, then add the requested DNS records at your domain provider. Copy record type, name, and value exactly. Wait for verification and certificate provisioning to finish before treating the domain as active.
Review active deployment
Check which checkpoint and environment are serving the domain. Review health status, recent events, logs, and traffic-related controls available to your role. A successful domain verification does not prove that application routes, APIs, or data access work; test the public journey after activation.
Access and recovery
Use deployment access controls to invite or remove authorized collaborators when available. Inspect the target identity and scope before sending an invitation. For an incident, compare the active deployment with a known-good checkpoint and use the documented rollback or shutdown action only after checking the affected service and database assumptions.
Domain troubleshooting
If verification remains pending, confirm DNS values with the domain provider and allow propagation. Check for duplicate or conflicting records. If a certificate or deployment is unhealthy, capture the deployment identifier and event details before retrying or contacting support.
