Team policies, security, and integrations
Team Management groups administrative controls into Agent, Security, Access, Integrations, Data, and Advanced sections. Options depend on the organization's plan and deployment. Changes can affect every member and project, so review the impact before saving.
Agent and skills
Use Agent controls to govern allowed models, skills, connectors, or execution behavior where those settings are available. Review the selected policy and its scope before applying it. A user-level model preference does not override an organization restriction.
Security and access
Security controls can include session and identity requirements, while Access can govern authorization or approved external access. Use the least permissive setting that meets the team's needs. Verify the effect on owners and emergency administrators before enforcing a rule.
Integrations and data
Review organization-connected providers and the data settings exposed by the current deployment. Confirm which projects can use a connection and whether it carries development or production data. Disconnect unused integrations and rotate provider secrets at their source when needed.
Advanced controls
Advanced settings can include privacy, automation, synchronization, organization groups, or lifecycle operations. Some controls require an external identity or directory service and will remain unavailable until that provider is configured. Read the confirmation text for destructive or irreversible actions.
Change procedure
Record the reason for a policy change, notify affected members, save it once, and verify the resulting status. If the change blocks project work, restore the last known approved setting and review the policy event before trying unrelated changes.
